Family Time

On Sunday most of the family was around for the afternoon

because Lauren was around and it was Delmar's first Sunday

at home since he came back from Bald Eagle. We sat out on

the hill and enjoyed the sunny weather. \"/

The weather lately has been really beautiful!

Delmar's Farewell

On Thursday we went up to Bald Eagle for Delmar's farewell.

Its hard to believe that he was their for 2 years, but we are glad

he is coming back. \"/

We got their around 9:30 a.m. and then went to the chuckwagon

and had a really big brunch with all the groups.

On our way out, we stopped at Chief Brian's house and

looked at their puppies. They were adorable! Hadassah

and Heather stayed with them then until the next day and

came home with Delmar.

Spring Is In the Air!

Lately the weather has been inbetween 50 and 60 degrees,

so we are outside with light jackets (or without), and we are

lovin it! \"/ There is almost no trace of snow anywhere.
Right now is cow freshening season, so the calves are popping. \"/

We had around 40 calves since the beginning of March, so the average

is about 5 calves a day. We are really busy right now taking care of calves.



Jewel had lost her hairband, so she was walking around

looking like a lion. \"/

Philidelphia Flower Show

The other day some of us went down to Philidelphia flower

show. It is around 30 acres of flower displays that are all inside. The balloon

shown below is covered in roses.

We were all really tired from walking around. \"/



This man was putting together a bouquet of flowers that were

made out of vegetables.
